Voucher terms

Scope

These terms apply to Fly4Fun GmbH vouchers for sightseeing flights, trial flights and flight hours, whether you order them in the voucher shop, by phone or by email.

Order and payment

After your order you receive a confirmation. We check the order and deliver the voucher as a boarding pass together with the QR bill, by post on ticket paper or to collect in Bad Ragaz, depending on what you chose. The bill comes with the voucher.

You pay in your e-banking or at the post office within the period stated on the bill. You can redeem the voucher as soon as payment has reached us.

Validity

A voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the voucher. The flight must take place within this period; after that the voucher can no longer be redeemed.

If an agreed flight could not take place because of the weather or for reasons on our side and the validity runs out as a result, we extend it appropriately.

Date

You arrange the flight date with us by phone or email. Please quote the voucher number (for example F4F-RF-0029). If you cannot make an agreed date, please let us know as early as possible.

Weather and postponement

We only fly in suitable weather. The pilot decides whether the flight takes place; safety always comes first. If the weather is not suitable, we postpone the flight free of charge.

If someone on board feels unwell, we end the flight. It can then be repeated.

Passengers and weight

A sightseeing flight takes up to 2 adults, or 1 adult with 2 children up to 12 years. On a trial flight one person sits at the controls, accompanied by a flight instructor.

The payload of a light aircraft is limited. Please tell us the approximate weight of everyone flying when you book. The pilot may adjust the number of people or the route if the load requires it.

On board, the pilot’s instructions apply.

Extras

We prepare ordered extras such as an apéro, flowers or rosé for your flight day. If an extra is not available, we offer you an equivalent replacement or refund its price.

Flight-hour vouchers for Fly4Fun pilots

Flight-hour vouchers are intended for pilots who fly with Fly4Fun. The amount is credited against the recipient’s flight hours at Fly4Fun.

Transfer

Vouchers are transferable. If you would like a different name on the voucher, get in touch and we will reissue it.

Refunds

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. If the flight cannot take place within the validity period for reasons on our side, we refund the amount paid.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Fly4Fun GmbH.
